Marci has been a part of the Echo Lake team for almost 30 years.  She has been an integral player in the expansion of Echo Lake Foods from a single facility to multiple locations in the mid-west during her tenure.  Marci embraces the fact that Echo Lake invests in its people and has enjoyed watching numerous individuals grow within the organization over the years. 

Marci holds a Bachelor in Business Administration in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse as well as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, cooking and traveling.
