Mark Goeke is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in marketing, business development, and food sales. Residing in Mount Pleasant, WI, Mark began his career in college by founding a promotion and marketing company focused on event marketing. For the past 14+ years, Mark has focused on food sales and development at Echo Lake Foods. He has built numerous small to large-scale relationships with CSR, QSR, food manufacturers, co-packers, and government entities, leveraging Echo Lake’s pre-cooked IQF components to enhance foodservice offerings. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
